RETURN POLICY

WHAT IF MY MINKY IS DELIVERED WITH A DEFECT?

We make all of our Minky blankets with love and care and examine each one prior to shipping them to you or your loved one, in order to verify you will have nothing but cherished memories delivered to you. However, we are all human, so if you notice something materially wrong or damaged when you receive your order within 15 days of receiving it, we will replace the blanket with another of the same size of your choosing with the return of the old one. You will be responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the shipping on the new item.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY BLANKET AND IT IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IN COLOR OR MATERIAL?

We do not accept returns for refunds or credit for any reason. When choosing your blanket, it’s important to note that they may have variances between the actual product and what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the difference in appearances of the final product and the images you see in either our live shows or on our website. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. We also suggest requesting a small swatch sample from our material supplier if your Minky needs to be exactingly specific.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 days, but typically within 1 day. 


Shipments will be processed regardless of weekend or holidays. A high volume of orders may result in us shipping later than normal, but still within the 3 day timeframe. If any unforeseeable event delays beyond the 3-day policy, The Cozy Fox will contact you via text or email, to keep you aware of the situation.

No shipments to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

A shipment confirmation may be required and a tracking number will be issued to each order, available to the customer via text or email upon shipment confirmation.

The Cozy Fox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The Cozy Fox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

All shipments to Canada are subject to international Pricing, but The Cozy Fox will discount up to $20 (US), dependending on the size and weight of the package being shipped.
